Ordering Questions
Once you have logged into the gifting website with the winner's company email, the gift selections will be displayed for you to choose from.
Browse the selections and once ready to order, select the "Place My Order" button at the bottom of the page.
If you select a couple's gift, it will count as a selection for both you and your guest.
After selecting your gift, please enter your shipping address (no PO Box) and review your choices. Make any necessary changes prior to submitting your order.
Once your order is submitted, you will receive an email confirming your gift selection.
Orders submitted are processed within 24-48 hours.
Any adjustments to your order need to be made within 48 hours of submitting your form. We will do our best to accommodate your request after 48 hours.

Orders typically arrive within 4-6 weeks.
We do our best to ship as quickly as possible. You will receive an email with tracking information from tracking@signaturegroupevents.com.
